This policy explains what data is processed in the Rakamio application, the purposes of processing and the rights of users.

1. Information we process

During account creation and sign-in, an email address, user identifier and profile information may be processed. As part of the game experience, username, score, league, theme, avatar, friendship and online game information may be stored.

2. Purposes of use

• Account creation, sign-in and account management
• Operating game features and online matches
• Providing score, profile, theme, avatar and friendship features
• Displaying advertisements and operating rewarded-ad flows
• Verifying purchases
• Security, abuse prevention and cheat prevention
• Reviewing feedback and support requests

3. Services we use

Rakamio may use Google Firebase for authentication, database, hosting and application functionality; Google AdMob for advertising; and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Data processing by these services is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Advertising

The application may display banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and approximate usage information to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and evaluate advertising performance.

5. Data security and retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Appropriate technical measures are applied to reduce unauthorised access and misuse.

6. Account and data deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data from within the application or by using the methods described on the account deletion page.
